Three cars left on the road covered in dust and leaves nit sure if abandoned or not

Sent to Enfield Borough Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 3710185.

The cars have been there for more than a month and one a black Ford fiesta has a wing mirror missing o the drivers side, doors look like they have either been opened and not shut properly or tampered with.

Updates

Council said car is not abandoned and is registered, but looks un kept. Which is what leads me to wonder why it's still being driven about.
