Sent to Leicester City Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 3709558.

There is regular late night anti social behaviour between 9pm and upto 1.30am. Men playing music, sitting outside the steps of the factory drinking qnd making noise, mus8c playing loudly from the build8ng, people letting off fireworks.
