Sent to Richmond upon Thames Borough Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 3707969.

Big blue van parked too close to junction. Vehicles turning left out of Rothesay into Tangier cannot see cars/ bikes approaching from left along Tangier. Been parked approx 36 hours so far
