Hatherley Road at junction with Lydford Road. The road markings have been completed at long last. Therefore the long string of paper notices on the pole at the road junction should have been been removed. This would have been good practice and RBC should have a policy to do this. Also the large yellow sign should be removed. Also the second yellow sign at the top of Blenheim Gardens should have been removed.
