The bin is overflowing and they dont put the bin or the bags with the other bins before collection day the bin men will collect the bin and they often use someone else bin but only after a few days so in the meantime they just put it outside their door .. we have had sanitary products cat litter nappies food that we have to walk through to get to our house i have to inform any visitors to be careful

Funny i was just about to do a post nothing seems to have been done they get the bin emptied and make a attempt to clean up but it has been left for a council litter picker to do it as they also dump takeaway packaging out the cars so the street is scruffy

They have moved the rubbish across the car park outside someone elses property.. somebody put the house number on a wheelie bin but they have painted over it i am giving up hope as when i went to work at 5 am friday a rat came running from the rubbish
