Barely able to walk along path due to hugely overgrown hedge

Sent to Charnwood Borough Council and Leicestershire County Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 3702128.

This hedge just keeps growing further over the path and when a car parks alongside it is impossible to walk past without walking through the hedge, making elderly or push/wheelchair users to use the road
