Sent to Leicestershire County Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 3700900.

Number 5 streetlight bulb is not working. Local councillor (Christine Harris) has previously agreed that lights on this street should not be turned off to conserve energy at minding it and so this bulb should be functional.
