Fallen Tree blocking public byway

Sent to East Hertfordshire District Council 1 minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 369832.

There is a large bough of a tree completely blocking the byway no. 34 leading up to Warrens Farm and neither bikes, horses or pedestrians can pass this by. The path itself is also very overgrown and hasnt been cut back properly so riding a bike or running along there is simply dangerous now.
