Obstructed 30mph signage

This was previously reported under 3653504. I received a notification to just say it was 'Closed'. i am unsure as to whether this means something or nothing can be done. It is unclear whether any vegetation was cut back. As you can see form the photgraphs, any motorist entering Islip from the main 60mph cannot clearly see the signage. Speeding into the village is a serious problem, and this exacerbates it. The sign on the other side of the road is also obscured. Thank you
