Dumped car in space for flats and not a residents car

Sent to Milton Keynes Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 3696975.

Black Honda RE52 KXW was dumped in a space for the flats 16A-F Walbrook Avenue nearly a month ago and has not moved since. This vehicle is UNTaxed so should not be in a public highway space and using a space for residents of the flats and the vehicle is not owned by a resident
