Outside 51 capel crescent Newport South Wales abandoned vehicle Parked over 3 months getting rusted and I am worried it will attract antisocial behaviour and set the car on fire Please kindly take this aboard contacted the council few times they told me to call police on 101 the police told me to contact your local council going in circles
