Thoroughfare constantly blocked by parked vehicles

Vehicles are constantly parking here blocking the thoroughfare.

It is impossible for wheelchair users to get past and I hate to think would happen if a fire engine needed access.

Granted there are no yellow lines but where’s drivers common sense?

The driver of this fiat obviously knows they’ve done wrong, they have even got the cheek to fold the drivers mirror in!

Unfortunately as there are no road markings or restrictions the car owner is not doing anything illegal and can park in this location.
