At the top of Larkshall Road from Highams Park, just before the round about, by the post box. There are two blokes drains in the gutter. They have been blocked for several months. There is always an unpleasant smell and a whiteish colour to the puddle that often spills out across the cycle path and on to the highway. Thanks.
