Hard core in road

There is hard-core tipped into the road, there isn't any bollards or lights on it. This goes nearly into the middle of the road. Very dangerous in the dark to drivers and pedestrians. Outdide 11 Webb road Raunds NN9 6HH. This was only put there today 20/07/2022 but like I said there should be something telling people it's there
