Loose drain cover on hertingfordbury road

Sent to Hertfordshire County Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 3691564.

Something loose on the hertingfordbury Road coming in towards hertford from hertingfordbury along the dual carriageway. When cars drive over it there is continous noise daily and overnight. It is keeping nearby neighbours awake with the constant noise

    Fixed for about half an hour, this is dangerous as it lifts about four inches when a vehicle goes at speed possibly launch a small sports car.
