Two Dogs left barking in the house all day, ALL WEEK!

Sent to Leicestershire County Council and North West Leicestershire District Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 3688404.

Two large dogs are left in the house all day long, windows open and they stand up on the windowsill barking at everyone, every delivery van that goes by! Reported to the council half a dozen times. Annoying when we're all working from home, having to listen to it!
