Traffic signs buried in hedgerow, no space for pedestrians to avoid cars

Reported via desktop in the Road traffic signs category anonymously at 16:32, Tue 19 July 2022

Sent to Reading Borough Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 3688337.

This strip of road has overgrown hedgerows. It causes difficulty for walkers, joggers, cyclists and horse riders when encountering motorised traffic. There isn’t much space to step out of the way. Once upon a time the traffic signs were in front of the hedgerow boundary. Now they are buried within the hedgerow. If the hedgerows were trimmed back to the earlier positions when the traffic signs were initially placed on the road boundary then it would alleviate the difficulties encountered.
