The public bin nearest to 66 Welwyn park Drive is overflowing & smelly.

Overflowing skip on green area next to 66 Welwyn park Drive,now attracting fly tippers,and anti social behaviour,kids throwing skip contents about.

It has been there about 3 weeks.
