Updates

  • Am continuing to write to you about the ongoing issue of overflowing and broken bins (no lids) for a communal bin shed you have attached to our garden.

As you can see from the attached photo, the bins are over flowing, they have had no lids for over 2 years, and the gate itself is attached to our fence, meaning the stench and other environmental health concerns, deem our garden unusable. We cannot sit in our garden for the stench and have seen rats/foxes and even a deer in the communal gardens around the bin area that you have adjoined to our garden.

Besides being unwilling to move their communal bin shed to a safer area with less negative impact on neighbouring residence, the bin has still not been replaced with a lid. This is unacceptable. We have pets and children and cannot use our garden safely or comfortably because of the health risks and stench.

I am copying Environmental Health into this message and I urge you to reply please.
