Speeding motorbikes

Sent to Hampshire County Council and Rushmoor Borough Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 3680705.

Motorbikes are using a pedestrian walkway to gain access to sun park estate and also to Sandy Lane in Farnbrough. These motorbikes are doing these throughout the day and night and are going to cause an accident or knock over playing children.
