Completely blocked Not just wheelchair users.. disgusting..

A 10” dia *sink hole* how can you justify this.. NO Access to any kind of passage.. This should be repaired on a 24/7 basis.. There are 100s of tonnes of scaffold.. that depends on this little hole..( are there any more??) I would consider revoking any activity on the building And Closing the road , until the safety of the scaffold is established…. Each vertical pole is supporting 100s of tonnes.. If there are Random Sink Holes This somewhat defeats there purpose… I will be looking for an answer Monday ( mid morning) Otherwise other safety sourses will have to be consulted..
