Traffic lights out of sync or traffic jumping lights

I have used the junction B 2166 with Park road several times over the last week and each time I've had a green light to move off, traffic has continued to cross my path, Once as I travelled West to East along the B2166 and twice as I was turning right out of Park Rd in the B2166. On one occasion I was turning left from the B2166 into Park Rd and the lights turned amber as I crossed the line so the two cars coming after me must has gone through a Red light. This is why I say it could be drivers ignoring the lights.
