Fence line broken

Sent to Basingstoke and Deane Borough Council and Hampshire County Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 3675264.

The boundary fence line between the rear of The properties at Britannia drive and the M3 is damaged and falling down. I dont know who is responsible for this, National Highways say it isnt their fence.
