Dropped kerb to my driveway has sunk to the extent all my vehicles bottom out on the incline causing damage to underneath of cars front spoiler etc having to park on road with one of my cars I had my cars tampered with in this area so not being able to park on my driveway is a big concern In the past I have reported issues with the overhanging tree I'm sure the roots are causing some issues

    Jobs to repair highway defects are raised on timescales according to the priority and risk of the defect. However, dependent upon the cause and nature of the issue time frames for a response can vary so please allow up to 35 calendar days for works to be undertaken.   • Still unable to use driveway due to the collapse of kerb Not been repaired. No update Complaint to proceed

  • The order for this repair has been raised with the Council’s contractor and remains outstanding within their planned schedule of works. Please continue to bear with us. We anticipate an early resolution to this report from this point in time.
