Building works disturbing peace

Sent to Norfolk County Council and Norwich City Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 3669300.

Building work being carried out before 8am & up to 10pm at night.11 Arnold Miller Close.large outbuilding has been built much higher than the 6ft fence.

A complete waste of time reporting anything!! Impossible to actually talk to a human & not be forced to communicate online!! Trying to call is impossible too!!
