Overgrown tree

This tree is massively overgrown and hanging over our property, causing issues with sap damaging car paintwork, garden furniture. The leaves are a complete nightmare dropping on our property and unable to clear them completely- this tree has never been trimmed back properly. The path is obstructed for any public walking past. This is also obstructing vision for anyone driving down the street.
