Overgrown hedge obstructing pavement and preventing road name plate being seen

This is a rented property where the gardens have not been maintained. The result is that the greenery on the external boundary is now obstructing the pavement and causng issues for those with buggies/prams/wheelcahirs , shopping troleys etc. It has overgrown so much that the road nameplate is no longrer visible and has resulted in missed deliveries from couriers.

  • The house next to us comes under Private Sector Leasing Norwich Council. They front and back garden are overgrown and weeds come under and over our front fence and under our back fence. You can from street corner of Bond Street. I don't believe anyone is working in the household. I may be wrong.
