Vehicle Detection is not working

Sent to Leicestershire County Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 3663698.

These traffic lights used to change upon approach. Now they appear to be on a timer. This has resulted in then being a suggestion and cars do not stop at the red light.

The vehicle detection is swung round and pointing the wrong way.
