My next door neighbour parks a car in front of their house which is the road towards my car port. The house eopposite parks his car in his driveway but parks it so front that the front wheel comes onto road. Combination of these two is blocking one of my 2 car ports away and I am having a nightmare getting my car in and out of my parking.
