Flooded pavements / driveways from foot path

Sent to Hampshire County Council and New Forest District Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 3658466.

During heavy rain, the water from pavements runs along like a river and floods driveways. Assumably there is a drainage problem along the path / road ?
