Obstruction of public pathway

Vehicles including vans are parking on a public pathway and obstructing it. Since a new Zebra crossing was put up on Harthill Road this has got worse. Also, any cars turning left from Harehills Road onto Roxholme Place are in danger of collision with vehicles driving on the other side as the parked vehicles are so close around the corner of the main Harehills Road which is a busy road with traffic. This is an accident waiting to happen.
