Broken and uneven paving

Reported in the Pavements/footpaths category anonymously at 09:51, Thu 13 June 2013

Sent to North East Lincolnshire Council 4 minutes later

The paving and footpath are broken and uneven outside 36 Revesby Avenue. Due to vehicles mounting the pavement in order to turn round, even my gates and wall have been run into, on several occasions.

  • Have had a visit from the community police as I reported the matter to them also, and they promised to return, but didn't. Also had a response from Council, who have logged the matter and have implied they are dealing with it...........nothing has changed to date. Still waiting.

  • Pavjng still the same, but my gate post has been reversed into now, which has made my gates stick and smashed the arris rail on my fence and the fence panels have in turn had a domino effect on each other, leaving a right mess. This was a neighbour in a truck who, was unaware of this damage until I pointed it out to him! He promised to fix it, but as yet nothing has been done! Just before Christmas as well.

  • Had my fence run into just before xmas, even told the guy who was driving the truck, (turned out to be a neighbour) what he had done....still denies the damage, taken the gates off now to save further damage. Everything else is still the same.
