Weeds along Birch Lane roadside

There are weeds growing all along Birch lane at the side of the road against the curb. The management company are only responsible for maintenance of the grass area the other side of the path, and they mow/strim this regularly

    Apparently weeds were treated on 15/07. Two weeks later and it doesn't look like it!
