They need to stop littering our community with cigarette butts, stop noise and stench statutory nuisance
Turn down their music And set a better example to the world It is an unlawful interference with residents rights

Usually for a nuisance to exist it would be: unreasonably and substantially interfere with the use or enjoyment of a home or other premises. injure health or be likely to injure health.
