Neighbour has 4 cars and I am unable to get into my own drive

I’m unable to get onto my own drive as my neighbour has 4 cars and parks them everywhere two on her drive one of which never moves one in the public turn around space and one in front of a private garage I can not get down there and if I manage to when there not home I get stuck as I will hit the cars trying to get out.
