Twice in two days we have had a problem with human waste - on Saturday I yelled at a woman trying to pee between two parked cars on Montagu Mansions in daytime. Today I saw a huge pile of human feces between two parked cars - I know it was human because there was loo paper on top of it. Maybe more use of surveillance cameras against anti social behavior?
