Dangerous Parking - Again

How is this allowed to keep happening!! This has been ongoing for many many months now. Cars parking on pavement, completely blocking the pavement so no pedestrian access and no view at all when trying to join the B1256, so very dangerous, it’s an accident waiting to happen, they’ll be a head on or TBone situation before much longer, how many times must this be reported and who can take action? This is outside properties CM22 6QJ and we are struggling to see anything when departing from business and residential premises at The Chestnuts, CM22 6QQ - Yellow Lines are needed and to be enforced, it’s a constant problem with Rose Cottage
