This silver Mercedes regularly parks for hours on double yellow lines on the entrance to Strutt Road off Windsor Street. My concern is that if pedestrians using the footpath attempt to cross the junction they will be hidden from any driver who turns into Strutt road because of this inconsiderate/ illegally parked car.
