Sent to Adur District Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 3641879.

A huge TV was dumped by our communal bins. This lady who did it in broad daylight didn’t care and she said she was allowed to do. Every week someone dumps stuff by our bins and it’s becoming a real issue as us tenants can’t use the communal bin as it’s always full. This lady was confronted and didn’t care. We need signs or cameras up.
