Grass & weed growth

As I have pride in my city and county I've noticed recently a general lack of weed management in all the road gutters.

Everywhere you look including outside my property weeds are growing out the gutters. I total lack of cleaning management I have no problems with managing our environment but this is purely another cost cutting exercise which is starting to make a city and county look so untidy.

The full lenght of Braunstone Lane on both looks a disgrace so does many of the side roads ie Evelyn Road Shakespeare Drive The Kingsway.
