The road was poorly laid and as a result is damaged with parts of the road riddled with tar issues

The road was recently done in the last few years, it was poorly laid and resulted in the edging by the curb having holes, not level and now have excessive tar issues which is damaging all vehicles that drive on it.

User The New Roads and Street Works Act 1991 (NRSWA)8 sets out the objectives of the co-ordination function: • to ensure safety; • to minimise inconvenience to people using a street, including a specific reference to people with a disability; and • to protect the structure of the street and the apparatus in it.

You’ve a duty of care with regards to the above to ensure the road has met the standards stated, unfortunately this isn’t the case.
