Car owner parks here on numerous occasions with this car a a previous car. This morning he has Blocked the high school field gates and stopped A service vechile emptying the porta toilet used by Lutterworth juniors football club. The junior school office manager has spoken to the man who owns the car and told him not to park there, but he needs to be told by authorities responsible for this selfish parking offence.
