Parking in motorcycle bay and double yellow lines

Sent to Leeds City Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 3638694.

Between 10am and 12pm on most weekdays, and between 8pm and 10pm, cars regularly park in the motorcycle bay and the double yellow lines next to it. Drivers from one particular office have also been seen placing previous parking tickets back on their windscreen to avoid getting one again. Parking wardens do nothing.
