Numerous cones and men at work signs since Jan22

Sent to Hampshire County Council and New Forest District Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 3638582.
After storms in Jan 22 trees fell at side of road damaging crash barriers. Men at works signs and cones still there, no work being done, the signs have fallen over. There are other signs and cones littered from Lyndhurst to Cadnam, some thrown towards forest boundary, I assume where work was once done and these were thrown into the ditch or undergrowth.

Still numerous signs and cones on main road Lyndhurst to Cadnam. Trees fell down in Jan 22, it is now September, perhaps waiting for next storm before starting work?
