At Woodside terrace/crescent - been missing for years, giving free parking to 3 cars everyday. May as well replace loading bay with pay and display bays and make some money from it?

Updates

I’m a resident here and the loading bay is rarely used because the area is now mainly residential. There is space for 10 additional parking spaces, which are sorely needed as there are often no spaces available for residents to park. Can this be reviewed?
