Drain blocked with leaves and builder's materials

Sent to Bristol City Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 3630493.
Drain on the corner of Selborne Road and Milner Road is blocked. It looks like it has had paint and other materials poured into it recently. The drain on the other corner of this junction is also blocked, so the situation could do with fixing soon.
