About 2 days ago, there appeared to be a wheelbarrow load of builders waste dumped across the path making it impossible for mobility scooters to negotiate and creating a serious hazard for cycles. I managed to move it to one side only to find it had been respread a few hours later and the pieces of concrete had been broken up a bit more. It is about halfway up the path alongside an access gate to the Robert Mays School.
