Road surface breaking up

Sent to Staffordshire County Council 3 minutes later. FixMyStreet ref: 362780.

I believe that a repair was done within the last 12 months but the roadway near the corner is, again, badly potholed. Much of the problem, I believe, is due to the regular flooding of the roadway and it might well benefit from elevating the surface above the water level and improving the ditches on each side.
