Trolley fly-tipped

Reported via desktop anonymously at 18:45, Sunday 26 June 2022

Sent to East Hertfordshire District Council and Hertfordshire County Council less than a minute later

This trolley (with a seat for a child with a disability) was abandoned between 13:15 & 16:15, today on the pavement outside 217/219 Ware Road, Hertford. There is nothing to show where the trolley came from. As it was on a hill and at risk of either rolling onto a busy, fast road, or rolling into parked cars, it has been re-sited to a flat grass verge, at the Stanstead/Ware/Rowley's road mini-roundabout, opposite the Meadside Garage, where it is less likely to cause harm or damage.
