Low traffic bollard stolen

Sent to Oxfordshire County Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 3622945.

The bollard seems to have been stolen around 1pm today. This is now dangerous for young families, elderly people, and others who often use this low traffic street to safely travel by bike/foot to Templars square.
